Job Summary:

HQ Aero is seeking highly skilled A&P Mechanics to join our team in Orlando, FL. As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician - AOG (Aircraft On Ground), you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and airworthiness of aircraft by performing inspections, maintenance, and repairs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections, maintenance, and repairs on various aircraft types according to applicable manuals and regulations.
  • Collaborate with technicians and vendors to develop safe action plans for addressing technical issues.
  • Prepare detailed work orders and maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
  • Assist flight crews in troubleshooting aircraft systems and provide technical support.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Valid A&P License required.
  • Proven experience as an Aircraft Maintenance Technician.
  • Strong understanding of aviation procedures, safety regulations (FARs), and maintenance manuals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks involving lifting, bending, and climbing.
