Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Aircraft-On-Ground (AOG) A&P Technician to join our team at Fly Alliance Maintenance (FAM). As an AOG Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining aircraft in accordance with the applicable General Maintenance Manual (GMM) and all applicable FARs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, maintain, and repair aircraft in accordance with aircraft manufacturers' manuals and FARs.
- Work with other technicians and vendors to ensure safe action plans are put in place.
- Complete work orders and account for parts and billable time.
- Attend required training on airframe, engines, and equipment as needed.
- Ensure the cleanliness of work areas and follow Fly Alliance Maintenance's strict standards of process, safety, and quality concern.
Requirements:
- Current US Airframe and Powerplant mechanics certificate meeting the requirements of, but not limited to, FAR Part 65.83.
- Prior FAR Part 145 aircraft maintenance experience.
- Possession of an adequate set of aircraft mechanic's hand tools.
- Current driver's license.
- Ability to pass DOT background check.
