Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Risk Unit, you will be responsible for building and managing small and mid-commercial accounts, quoting and rating existing customers for renewals, and collaborating with our technical teams to develop technology that meets the needs of the P&C commercial insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Renewal sales and service for P&C commercial insurance
  • Manage client relationships and accounts up to $20MM in volume revenue
  • Develop and implement competitive insurance programs
  • Provide day-to-day service to clients, responding to questions and requests
  • Grow a profitable book of business through strategic placement
  • Insurance customer success, account management, or sales experience
  • Compile and organize client information for new, renewal, cancellation, and endorsements
  • Manage database files and input information accurately
  • Build relationships with commercial underwriters

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of P&C commercial sales or brokerage experience
  • Active P&C license in good standing
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be responsive to colleagues
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to learn and adopt technology systems and software applications
  • Intermediate project planning and management
  • Bachelor's Degree or related field or equivalent work experience

What We Offer:

Coverdash offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $120,000 per year, including on-target commission/variable pay. Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and we offer a total compensation package that includes benefits and other perks.
