Job Title: Account Executive Lead - Cyber Insurance

We are seeking an experienced Account Executive Lead to join our team at Alliant Insurance Services. As a key member of our cyber insurance team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business opportunities, and executing performance development plans for departmental staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships to maintain high account retention rates
  • Solicit new business opportunities through direct selling and cold calling
  • Renew existing business and evaluate client coverage portfolios to identify cross-selling opportunities
  • Service accounts, provide claims assistance, and analyze exposure bases to identify program deficiencies
  • Develop marketing strategies, complete applications, obtain quotes, negotiate premiums, and prepare proposals and presentations
  • Bind coverage, prepare binders, and delegate certificates
  • Review coverage and determine appropriate levels of coverage
  • Meet with clients as needed and provide technical expertise to resolve complex issues
  • Provide mentoring and coaching to departmental staff and create motivational action plans for personnel development
  • Supplement Unit Manager oversight in compliance with Corporate procedural guidelines
  • Collect fees, reconcile, and resolve outstanding balances within 90 days of invoicing date
  • Comply with agency management system data standards and data integrity
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ten (10) or more years related work experience
  • Valid insurance license
  • Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good problem-solving and time management skills
  • Ability to work within a team and foster teamwork
  • Good planning, organizational, and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
