Job DescriptionThis full-time role based in Shoreline, WA, offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse and driven team dedicated to changing healthcare delivery. As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treating patients in-office or in testing centers as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Continuous learning during weekly Clinical Rounds and through other modalities
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a passion for human-centered primary care, and the ability to adapt personal and interpersonal behavior to meet the needs of our patients.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you must have:
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in WA, obtained by your One Medical start date

CompensationThe base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
