Job Description:
This is a full-time role based in Shoreline, WA. As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs, conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits, treating patients in-office or in testing centers, and conducting occasional tele-health visits.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in WA, obtained by your One Medical start date

Salary:
The base salary range for this role is $140,000 to $150,000 based on a full-time schedule.
