Job OpportunityWe're seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing outpatient practice in Shoreline, WA. As a key member of our team, you'll work closely with our medical director to deliver exceptional care and contribute to ongoing practice innovation.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to rediscover the joy in practice while working in a value-based care environment that supports their growth and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, utilizing our proprietary Electronic Health Record to plan personalized care and maximize impact on the population.
- Partner with our care team to leverage coaching and integrated behavioral health models, engaging our geriatric patient population in care and driving behavior change.
- Work in a state-of-the-art practice setting designed for a team-based model, where leadership values your input and understands the importance of work-life balance.
- Enjoy weekly protected time for team building and shared discussion of challenging cases.
- At least 2 years of primary care experience required.
- Current licensure in the state of Washington or ability to obtain licensure.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively both individually and in groups.
- Able to thrive in a fast-growing, mission-driven organization focused on using data to improve patient outcomes.
- Board Certification.
We offer a competitive base salary range of $142,000 to $150,000 per year, based on a full-time schedule. Additional pay may be determined for candidates who exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
