Join Our Team: As a Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at One Medical, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients. You will manage a patient panel with diverse needs, conduct routine visits, and collaborate with our team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- A graduate of an accredited NP or PA program with national certification.
- At least 5 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care settings.
- State-licensed in WA, obtained by start date.
- Passion for human-centered primary care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.

The estimated salary range for this position is $140,000 to $150,000 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional compensation may be determined for candidates who exceed these qualifications and requirements. This is a full-time role based in Shoreline, WA, with relocation assistance available.
