Job Description

The Estimated Salary for this role is $65,000 - $80,000 per year.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Education to oversee the Club Academy Program and other educational programming in our assigned sites. This includes Power Hour, Summer Brain Gain Summer Learning Loss Initiative, Developmental Studies Center Curriculum, and one on one or small group tutoring in all Clubs.

The successful candidate will serve as key education liaison between school faculty from assigned schools and the local Clubs, overseeing implementation of Club Academy and the education curriculum at the Club level. They will also develop and implement tutoring programs that assess, assist, and encourage members in their learning processes.
