About the Role:

This position requires a registered nurse to lead staff development programs, focusing on infection prevention and control. The successful candidate will implement and evaluate facility-wide infection prevention initiatives, utilizing epidemiologic principles for surveillance and investigations.

The ideal candidate will communicate effectively with various committees and healthcare workers across the facility, providing essential information and data on infection prevention and control.

Skillset requirements include creating educational goals, objectives, and strategies using learning principles and available tools, evaluating program effectiveness, and staying current on regulatory standards.

A competitive salary of $85,000 - $100,000 per annum, reflecting the importance of this role in maintaining high-quality care at Ridgewood Rehabilitation & Living Center.
