Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Produce Department Team Trainer to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a key member of our produce team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training to new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for new team members, focusing on produce handling, safety, and customer service.
  • Collaborate with team leaders and store trainers to schedule training sessions and ensure timely completion of new member connections.
  • Facilitate team-specific operational training, including operational learning pathways and team-specific program rollouts.
  • Act as a role model, maintaining a positive image and providing customer-obsessed service.
  • Ensure accurate training records are maintained using Whole Foods Market's learning systems.
Requirements
  • 6 months of Whole Foods Market experience (or equivalent retail training experience).
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members and customers.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications (MS Office Suite).
