Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced School Liaison to join our team at Four Oaks Family & Children Services. As a School Liaison, you will serve as a liaison between our agency programming and daily school operations on our campus. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of youth and families in our community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish a Therapeutic Relationship: Develop a trusting and respectful relationship with students, school staff, and our agency team.
  • Provide Direct Supervision: Supervise students during school activities and assist the school facilitator as needed.
  • Mediate Conflict and Problem-Solve: Address real and perceived barriers with students and provide solutions to promote success.
  • Work in Direct Care Ratio: Maintain a safe and clean school environment, adhering to physical safety standards.
  • Establish and Maintain Communication Cycles: Regularly communicate with the school team and our agency staff to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Assist with Group Implementation: Help develop and implement groups to promote student success.
  • Support Transition Planning: Assist teachers with developing transition plans for students, including appointments and medication needs.
