Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers and accurately record their vehicle information and service needs
- Consult with customers to determine their automotive service/repair needs and provide recommendations based on technician diagnosis
- Schedule appointments and communicate with customers regarding their vehicle's status and any additional services needed
- Ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Keep customers informed of any delays, changes, or additional services needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, promoting customer retention and satisfaction
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure efficient and accurate service completion
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Meet and exceed service advisor sales and customer satisfaction goals
- Stay up-to-date on all dealership promotions, service offerings, and manufacturer updates
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficient with computers and technology, previous experience with automotive service software a plus
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
