Facilities Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:
American Regent, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and disinfect all areas of the facility, including bathrooms, floors, and common areas.
- Operate various floor care machines and equipment.
- Stock bathrooms and cafeterias with necessary supplies.
- Remove garbage and cardboard from the facility.
- Perform miscellaneous outdoor cleaning chores, such as grounds keeping and snow removal.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Vocational or trade school certification accepted.
- Ability to read and understand Standard English.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to transport 55-gallon drums through the facility.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
