Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor
About the Role:
Randstad is seeking a motivated Manufacturing Maintenance Supervisor to join our client's team in their out east facility. This is a permanent opportunity with a comprehensive benefits package and a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $100,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage, direct, and coordinate employees and processes to ensure efficient maintenance operations
- Maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental, and department of health requirements
- Ensure proper training of employees, assign and direct work, and oversee day-to-day operations of the Maintenance Department
- Manage team schedule and hours, and oversee projects to completion
- Lead and/or participate in cross-functional teams that focus on process improvement
- Assist in developing, evaluating, and editing preventative and predictive maintenance programs
- Assist with inspection and repair of pneumatic, hydraulic, electronic, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Lead regular department meetings, and work with vendors on new technology
- Evaluate downtime, and maintain and enforce all company safety, environmental, and Department of Health requirements
- Coach, develop, and discipline employees as necessary, while maintaining a positive work environment
- Promote a safe work environment, and maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing maintenance or a related field
- Experience level: Experienced
