- Enterprise Experience: Proven experience in business continuity and resiliency within the financial industry.
- Business Resiliency/Continuity Experience: Extensive experience in developing business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to work independently and in teams, and experience presenting to executive audiences.
- Visio: Proficient in Visio.
- Tableau: Proficient in Tableau.
- Fusion Risk Management: Experience with Fusion Risk Management.
- Analytical Background: Analytical background or experience with third-party risk management.
