Key Responsibilities:
Create and update internal documentation and process maps
Develop comprehensive guides and FAQs for end-users to facilitate the migration to CDP Data Services
Assist in documenting any gaps identified during the migration process, ensuring clear action plans and solutions

Requirements:
6+ years of experience in business analysis, communications, and document review
Demonstrated experience creating user-facing documentation and process maps
Strong organization skills with process maps for internal documentation
Experience in banking/finance industry and migration to CDP Data Services
Familiarity with Visio process maps, SharePoint, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Word

Working Conditions:
This is a temporary assignment with an estimated duration of 3 months. The role requires an onsite presence due to the hybrid work model. Only qualified candidates local to the Pittsburgh, Cleveland/Strongsville areas will be considered.
