Job Description for Front Desk Supervisor

At Elwyn, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to oversee our Front Desk staff. This role requires a strong leader who can work independently and without direct supervision, possessing excellent communication, telephone, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Front Desk team to ensure exceptional customer service and a smooth operation of the front office.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and a high level of service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and coaching to Front Desk staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
