To support our ambitious growth objectives, BDO Digital is seeking a manager to join our Enterprise Business Applications (EBA) team. This role will be instrumental in overseeing projects related to EBA strategy and execution, as well as Business Transformation and Operational Excellence initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting discovery sessions, gathering requirements, documenting processes, and managing the configuration and implementation of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning), CRM (Customer Relationship Management), HCM (Human Capital Management), and other relevant business applications across various client sectors, including finance, product distribution, manufacturing, job costing, field service, sales, marketing, service, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy, Requirements & Selection: Engage in defining requirements for both existing and new EBA solutions. Document current enterprise business applications, associated business processes, and impacted personas. Identify inefficiencies, potential enhancements, and essential business requirements. Conceptualize and create representations of proposed future state options for client evaluation. Understand relevant security frameworks and best practices. Develop scorecards for assessing candidate business applications and create dashboard presentations showcasing quantitative and qualitative evaluations of options. Provide functional clarifications and set expectations with both the team and clients. Solution Functional Design: Conduct functional design for business processes within business applications (ERP, HCM, CRM, etc.) to maximize business value and ensure strong agility while adhering to applicable requirements and constraints. Consulting: Acquire a comprehensive understanding of client needs, analyze best practices, and play a crucial role in defining and proposing business value solutions that meet or exceed client expectations. Program & Project Management: Support and manage various aspects of business application implementations. Document and maintain project milestones, phases, elements, and budgets. Monitor project progress by tracking risks, actions, issues, decisions, and other activities. Develop user references by creating and maintaining user documentation, providing help desk support, and training users. Implementation and Support: Offer functional support for EBA solutions and related technologies. Manage and resolve issues, defects, and change requests. Oversee and perform systems configuration tasks (excluding coding/development) for process workstreams as directed. Provide ongoing support during project implementations and post-go-live phases. Responsible for configuring solutions based on requirements. Foster a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a client service mindset within the team. Travel requirements may reach up to 25%, as necessary. Additional duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Lead and ensure the completion of key workstreams as directed by project leaders. Manage project workstreams as instructed. Mentor and develop junior consultants and senior consultants.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Education:

Bachelor's Degree and six (6) or more years of experience with ERP systems, required; OR High School Diploma/GED and seven (7) or more years of experience with ERP systems, required.

Experience:

Six (6) or more years of business process analysis and/or business application experience, required. Four (4) or more years of experience with ERP or CRM products, required. Some client-facing best practice consulting experience is preferred.

Licenses/Certifications:

One or more current business applications technology certifications are preferred.

Software:

Proficiency in Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint is required. Experience with one or more ERP/CRM/HCM solutions is required: Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365), CRM, Business Central, F&SCM, Ceridian Dayforce Solutions, Salesforce, Oracle NetSuite, Acumatica, SAP, Infor, Sage, Syteline, JDE, IFS, or any other ERP/CRM software. Familiarity with Smartsheet is preferred. Experience in enterprise software strategy, selection, and implementation is preferred.

Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, documentation, and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Exceptional interpersonal and customer relationship skills. Proficient in business process analysis, design, and process flow. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced technical environment.

Individual salaries offered to candidates are determined based on various factors, including qualifications, experience, skills, and geographical considerations.

Salary Range: $118,000 - $170,000.
