- Provide comprehensive financial and managerial support for strategic initiatives within the Residential sector, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes, ensuring adherence to established timelines and accuracy in financial projections.
- Manage a team of financial professionals, offering mentorship and development opportunities to enhance their skills and career growth.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments and analyses of ongoing initiatives, partnering with business leaders to drive informed decision-making.
- Ensure the integrity of financial results, analyses, and forecasts, maintaining compliance with company policies and controls.
- Regularly evaluate reporting and analysis needs for effective business performance management, refining standardized reporting processes.
- Support product management with financial decision-making, analyzing metrics related to pricing, promotions, and returns.
- Lead financial processes for New Product Development projects, particularly those of a complex nature.
- Uphold confidentiality to protect the company's reputation.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 10-15 years of experience in financial roles supporting business units within a consumer durable or manufacturing context, including team management experience.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and planning software.
- Willingness to travel up to 15% within North America.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s in Business Administration, CMA, or CPA.
- Familiarity with SAP and Business Planning and Consolidations (BPC).
