Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of customer service representatives
  • Address complex customer issues and concerns
  • Create and process orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Check part availability and pricing to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Follow up with customers to clarify order details and provide status updates
  • Process returns and payments in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Experience in customer service, management, and/or auto part distribution
  • Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Computer proficiency and ability to navigate screens
  • Auto parts knowledge a plus, but not required (training provided)
  • Ability to pass a background check
