Sales Professional - Natural Stone & Flooring

We are seeking a passionate and driven Sales Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.

Responsibilities:
  • Engage with customers, actively listen to their needs, and provide expert advice on natural stone, flooring, and cabinetry options.
  • Showcase product knowledge and demonstrate the features and benefits of our offerings to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients in both wholesale and retail sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and competitive offerings.
Qualifications:
  • Proven sales experience in the building materials or home improvement industry is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of natural stone, flooring, and cabinetry products and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and effectively address their inquiries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
