Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team at Penn State Health Holy Spirit Hospital. As a CT Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography exams and procedures for use by physicians and radiologists in the diagnosis and treatment of disease.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and perform all CT procedures and post-processing using advanced technology based on clinical criteria, anatomy, and established protocols.
  • Use advanced technology to perform high-quality computed tomography exams and procedures.
  • Collaborate with physicians and radiologists to ensure accurate and effective diagnosis and treatment of disease.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of CT technology and its applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CT technology and best practices.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) or Society of Nuclear Medicine Technologist (SNMT) required.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certified required.
  • CT Registered (2nd Registry) within 12 months of CT hire preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience as a registered radiology technologist preferred.
  • Prior Computed Tomography experience in a Trauma/Cardiac facility preferred.
