At Apple, we're committed to creating innovative products and services that transform industries and leave a lasting impact. As a Technical Program Manager and Quality Professional, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the manufacturability of our products and processes.

This position is key to the success of our DFM organization, requiring a TPM and Quality professional with expertise in SMT, molding, semiconductor packaging, and product quality. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the manufacturability of product and process design
  • Setting up quality processes
  • Managing quality excursions

**Key Qualifications:**

  • 5+ years of experience in System-in-Package (SiP), SMT, molding, and related fields
  • Experience working with Asia-based manufacturing suppliers
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Data analysis skills

**Responsibilities:**

You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to establish scalable mass-production processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Factory set-up and sustaining technical operations
  • Working on MLB/SiP manufacturing

**Education & Experience:**

A B.S or M.S in Mechanical Engineering, EE, Material Science, or a related field with 5+ years of experience is required.

**Compensation & Benefits:**

The base pay range for this role is between $119,900.00 and $181,000.00, with opportunities for growth. Benefits include medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, discounted products, educational expense reimbursement, and more.
