Posición: Chef de Panadería y Pastelería
  • Seguir recetas establecidas, controles de porciones y pautas de presentación
  • Preparar la estación de acuerdo a las expectativas
  • Gestionar la producción de todos los productos horneados y pasteles
  • Colaborar con el personal de cocina y servicio
  • Mantener la limpieza de las áreas de trabajo
  • Participar en la limpieza profunda
  • Adherirse a las regulaciones del departamento de salud
Calificaciones
  • Conocimiento en manejo de cuchillos, seguridad alimentaria y saneamiento
  • Capacidad para trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido
