Easy Tiger Bake Shop & Beer Garden is in search of dedicated Baristas for our East Austin location. We pride ourselves on being a vibrant and expanding establishment that merges artisanal baking with a curated selection of craft beers. Our philosophy centers around exceptional hospitality, which begins with our talented team members who embody our brand's values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain the display of bread and pastries in our retail bake shop.
- Craft espresso-based beverages and other drinks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure cleanliness of the workspace while adhering to food safety and sanitation protocols.
- Engage with guests, taking orders and providing detailed information about our menu offerings.
- Address guest inquiries and accommodate special requests with professionalism.
- Prepare specialty drink bases as needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding customer orders.
- Process customer payments efficiently and courteously.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a barista.
- Food Handlers and TABC Certification required (or willingness to obtain).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
- Strong listening skills and responsiveness to customer needs.
- Reliable work ethic with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Team-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor.
