Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Airport Customer Service Agent to join our team at Unifi. As a key member of our airport operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring their travel experience is smooth and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist passengers with baggage pick-up and resolve issues with delayed, lost, or damaged items.
  • Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage.
  • Handle customer interactions with class, efficiency, and professionalism.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill and experience capabilities expected for this position.
  • Lift, carry, push, pull, and move items of 70 pounds and/or more regularly and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must be a local resident.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Valid In-State Driver's License.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
  • Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.
  • Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
  • Must be able to carry heavy items up and down jetway stairs.
  • Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment.
