Job Summary

Clinic Staff Trainer (Certified Medical Assistant/LVN) plays a crucial role in the Comprehensive Community Health Centers Inc. team, responsible for training and developing clinical staff to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical assisting or nursing, with experience in training and education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff, focusing on workflows, processes, and clinical care.
  • Provide hands-on training and coaching to new and existing medical assistants and licensed vocational nurses.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of policies and protocols for patient care.
  • Collaborate with clinics and administrative departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Identify and address quality-related training needs for support staff.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an approved medical assistant or nursing program.
  • Valid CMA certification or LVN license in California.
  • At least two years of experience in medical assisting or nursing, with a focus on training and education.
