Crescent Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests by ensuring their rooms are clean and well-maintained.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Clean and sanitize guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness
  • Strip and make beds, changing bed linens as needed
  • Dust all furniture, pictures, drawers, window ledges, and shelves thoroughly
  • Push and pull vacuum throughout the entire room and empty trash
  • Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies in the guest room
  • Sign for room keys, retrieve, push to assigned rooms and restock heavy cart
  • Visually inspect room for cleanliness and appearance and signify completion for room

**Requirements:**

  • Self-starting personality with an even disposition
  • Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times
  • Ability to communicate well with guests
  • Willingness to pitch in and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player
  • Knowledge of chemical cleaning agents and operation of various cleaning equipment
  • Ability to push and/or pull equipment weighing up to 100 lbs
