EHS Program Manager

- Oversee the implementation of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives and protocols as directed by corporate leadership to achieve organizational safety goals and compliance standards.
- Manage the execution of relevant EHS management frameworks, including adherence to Corporate EHS Directives and ISO 14001 standards.
- Facilitate a corrective action program for EHS, encompassing audits, regulatory assessments, and incident investigations to identify and rectify safety concerns.
- Lead resource conservation efforts focusing on energy efficiency, greenhouse gas reduction, water usage, and waste management.
- Administer changes in EHS protocols in relation to new processes, equipment, and personnel.
- Promote EHS awareness across various departments such as Quality, Supply Chain, and Human Resources, integrating EHS practices into existing operational frameworks.
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant EHS experience.
- Proven experience in safety management within an industrial setting.
- Strong understanding of EHS regulations and compliance requirements.
