About the Role

US Renal Care is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dialysis Clinical Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the management and operation of the dialysis clinic, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and exceptional patient care.
  • Collaborate with the Administrator to develop and implement clinical and operational processes that improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments.
  • Coordinate patient scheduling, staff labor hours, and supply management to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including dialysis run sheets and logs, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Perform duties as assigned to meet the patient care or operational needs of the clinic.
Outcomes and Quality Management
  • Develop and implement quality management programs to promote patient-centered care and achieve corporate goals for quality.
  • Collaborate with the Administrator to maintain chronological, thorough, and appropriate documentation in patient records.
  • Review incident reports, make recommendations, and take action as necessary to ensure a safe and sanitary physical environment.
Operational Readiness
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including health care professionals practice act requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Administrator to develop, implement, and follow up on Corrective Action Plans required for internal and external surveys.
  • Assume Charge Nurse responsibilities as needed and fulfill the role of facility Alternate CEO as delegated.
Partnerships and Staff Development
  • Maintain collaborative working relationships with Medical Directors, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with Administrators, area hospitals, agencies, vendors, and the community.
  • Assist with recruitment, training, development, and supervision of all personnel.
