Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone or email with professionalism and empathy.
  • Resolve concerns related to orders, shipping, or product availability efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service, account management, or sales support.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
