About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mental Health Professional to join our team at Rincon Family Services. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide therapeutic and rehabilitative services, counseling, case management, and integrated dual diagnosis treatment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assessment, case management, counseling, and community support to clients.
  • Assist with coordination of referrals to other clinicians and maintain connection with clients.
  • Develop, implement, and revise client needs and services plans.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in a social service field or more than 5 years of experience.
  2. Demonstrated ability to work effectively with peers, individual clients, and groups.
  3. Fluent in Spanish, bicultural applicants strongly preferred.
  4. Knowledge of community and social service agencies.

Estimated salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about providing high-quality mental health services to vulnerable populations.
