Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees, including psychiatrists, psychiatric nurses, licensed psychologists, clinical social workers, and therapists
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the field of psychiatry
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and develop targeted training programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding promptly to inquiries and concerns
  • Accurately maintain employee files, adhering to strict confidentiality and data protection protocols
Requirements
  • Previous experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or related fields
  • Knowledge of labor and employment laws
  • Ability to build rapport with all employees, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Strong organizational skills, with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with employees at all levels
