We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Representative. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a vital role in generating exceptional client experiences that drive the growth of our successful insurance agency.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and Maintain Customer Relationships
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized service.
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options and promote the development of our business.
