The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for managing and overseeing the maintenance and operational aspects of the casino's facilities. This includes:

  • Project Oversight: Supervise new construction initiatives that are handled internally.
  • Maintenance Coordination: Ensure timely repairs and upkeep of the casino premises.
  • Vehicle Supervision: Oversee maintenance and repair tasks for transportation vehicles.
  • Staff Training: Assist in the training and development of all facilities personnel.
  • Policy Adherence: Follow all departmental and organizational policies and procedures diligently.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform various physical tasks, including pushing, pulling, grasping, stooping, bending, twisting, and climbing stairs.

  • Environmental Adaptability: Work in diverse weather conditions and around moving mechanical equipment.
