This position encompasses financial management, communication with Board personnel, and assistance with budgetary processes. The role offers a flexible hybrid work schedule, with core hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee payroll, manage invoices, and conduct banking transactions.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials and minutes for Board sessions.
  • Administer employee benefits, track PTO reports, and maintain personnel records.
  • Coordinate annual financial audits and prepare necessary reports.
  • Support IT initiatives, office management tasks, and special projects.
  • Update contact information and manage all office communications.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a high-level office environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related discipline.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and QuickBooks.
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
  • Familiarity with HR regulations and financial systems.

Compensation:

The hourly wage ranges from $30.00 to $40.00, commensurate with experience. Benefits will be provided upon hire.
