Job Title: Warehouse Management System Administrator

The Warehouse Management System Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse management system, ensuring seamless integration with the Harris operating system and Latitude WMS plug-in. This role requires a high level of understanding of data structure and information flow, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain Latitude training material for all users at branch level
  • Teach new functions of the Latitude warehouse management system
  • Monitor and enforce daily branch workflow and overall branch performance to company standard
  • Provide continual reminders of process, procedures, workflow, expectations, etc.
  • Implement and maintain Latitude-related projects as they arise at branch level
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Operations Management a plus
  • Minimum 3 years related experience or combination of experience and education that demonstrates the ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities
  • Ability to effectively communicate with branch personnel to make an accurate assessment of branch and company system needs
  • Ability to document processes and identify areas of required improvement
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Work Environment:

Located mostly in an office environment with some exposure to a warehouse environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This is a high-stress and fast-paced environment.
