Head of Clinical Trial Operations

Position Summary: The Head of Clinical Trial Operations will oversee the execution of clinical studies for the immunology program across all phases (I-III), ensuring effective collaboration and management of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct the execution of clinical trials for a significant immunology initiative, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgetary constraints, and quality standards.
- Manage comprehensive project plans, encompassing protocols, financials, timelines, participant recruitment, and risk assessment.
- Engage with internal teams to synchronize clinical trial objectives and monitor progress.
- Provide strategic operational insights for Clinical Development Plans within the program.
- Supervise the performance of CROs and vendors, ensuring compliance with contracts and maintaining high-quality benchmarks.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in health sciences with over 10 years of experience in clinical operations within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
- Proven leadership skills and experience in developing team members.
- Background in Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Dermatology, Rheumatology, Respiratory conditions, or other autoimmune diseases is preferred.
- Familiarity with global clinical research regulations, including US CRF, EU CTD, and ICH GCP.
- Adept at managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing environments with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
