- Experience developing creative solutions to complex problems and circumstances.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Professional HR Certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, etc.).
- Experience with Commonwealth of Virginia employee relations policies and procedures.
