Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and act in a manner consistent with our Mission, Vision, and Values.
  • Know all company events and promotions.
  • Be knowledgeable about our beer, wine, spirits, and food, and be able to accurately describe each item.
  • Utilize our methods of communication and technology.
  • Manage the reservation board and waitlist.
  • Seat guests while balancing customer flow and accommodating preferences.
  • Maintain cleanliness at the host stand.
  • Assist with cleaning and organizing projects, including restroom protocols and table sanitizing.
  • Roll silverware and deliver food to tables accurately and in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and forward-thinking mindset.
  • Ability to multitask with a calm and positive attitude.
  • Possess basic knowledge of dining room service procedures and functions.
  • Possess good communication skills and the ability to work well with teammates.
  • Possess a sense of urgency.
  • Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements
  • Be able to work in a standing position for up to ten hours at a time.
  • Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift thirty pounds.
