Job OverviewMannys Cucina Napoletana is seeking an experienced Sous Chef to lead our kitchen operations. This role requires a creative and innovative leader who can develop menus that exceed customer expectations.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement seasonal menus that showcase our Italian cuisine.
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to create dishes that delight our customers.
  • SUPERVISE AND COORDINATE ALL FOOD PREPARATION AND PRESENTATION IN OUR KITCHEN ENVIRONMENT.
  • Lead and train kitchen staff to achieve exceptional service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create menus that meet customer preferences and seasonal ingredient availability.
  • Prepare and present dishes according to kitchen specifications.
  • Assist the Executive Chef in achieving revenue and profit goals.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Certification in food safety and handling.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
