What You'll Do:
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
  • Assist with developmental goals, like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage participation in community activities and hobbies
  • Develop meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create personalized support plans

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in social work, psychology, or a related field a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Patience, compassion, and a commitment to providing high-quality care
  • Valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
