Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
  • Assess customer needs and suggest suitable solutions.
  • Provide detailed information regarding our offerings.
  • Handle transactions efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
  • Ensure the store remains clean and organized.
  • Assist with inventory management and product restocking.
  • Generate, print, and manage quotes and invoices.
  • Upload necessary information to our accounting software.
  • Schedule appointments for the store management.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients regarding orders and appointments.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and manage correspondence.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance store operations.
  • Work closely with management.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers.
  • Negotiate pricing and terms to successfully close sales and meet targets.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Associate degree is preferred.
  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in transaction processing.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn about our products.
  • Capability to draft professional emails and respond promptly.
  • Proficient in reading invoices and other office documents.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
