Job Summary

Star MSO, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the sales floor, stockroom, and restrooms, adhering to company standards and guidelines.
  • Sales and Merchandising: Meet or exceed sales goals by promoting products, building displays, and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
  • Cash Handling: Accurately operate a cash register, handle cash, credit card transactions, and other forms of payment, following company policies and procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and facing merchandise, and reporting any discrepancies or issues to management.
Requirements
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to count, add, subtract, copy, and record figures accurately.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to give, receive, or exchange information with coworkers, customers, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with others to coordinate activities and complete assigned tasks.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify routine problems and situations that require a decision, and apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed oral and written instructions.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of customer service and sales acumen.

Salary and Benefits
