Revenue Growth Strategist

About the Role
The Revenue Growth Strategist will contribute to the development and delivery of analytical resources to drive revenue growth across our network of veterinary hospitals. This position will provide data summaries, actionable insights, and decision support to the Director of Revenue in an efficient and accessible manner. The Revenue Growth Strategist is responsible for business and data analysis, requirements, and delivery inclusive of reporting and insight generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and monitoring of the monthly revenue forecasts ensuring clarity of business drivers, expectations, and timelines.
- Build and maintain financial models to support decision making with regards to planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Build and maintain Power BI Dashboards, and perform storytelling on analytical findings and results for management and business users.
- Develop strategies and best practices in the areas of data wrangling, data visualization, and data integration.
- Create and manage analytical reports on hospital performance (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis).
- Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of implemented strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Review metrics for anomalies and perform analysis to determine cause to aid business partners in implementing corrective measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data, generate insights, and develop strategic recommendations.
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Serve as a trusted data and analytics partner and advisor while championing data-driven solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or other analytical field.
- 3+ years of experience in a related analyst role.
- Strong analytical capabilities, including advanced Excel skills.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
- Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting, including the ability to create interactive dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of business fundamentals, including financial analysis, competitive positioning, and market dynamics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information concisely with supporting data.
- Proven ability to analyze complex datasets, extract meaningful insights, and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Ability to establish and foster effective cross-functional relationships.
