Job Summary:

PLM Paving & Concrete seeks a results-driven Sales Account Manager/Project Manager to grow our business and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Growth: Develop and execute strategic plans to increase sales revenue and expand our market share.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their needs.
  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from bid preparation to project delivery, ensuring timely completion, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our superintendents, foremen, and cross-functional teams to deliver projects safely, efficiently, and productively.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant past experience in sales.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of successful experience in sales, with a proven track record of independently closing individual accounts with revenue over $250K+ and average deal size $10-35K.
  • Credentials: Ability to sell to manager and director levels within the organization, experience managing and directing the entire project cycle from beginning to close, and a strong understanding of construction services, asphalt, or concrete.
