Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, negotiate, and review a variety of commercial agreements, particularly those related to technology.
- Evaluate existing contracts to provide insights on the company's legal rights and obligations.

- Support legal compliance for marketing initiatives and strategies.
- Enhance and streamline contracting processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree, with a license to practice in the U.S.; Wisconsin license preferred.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate law, ideally with in-house experience in the retail industry.
- Proven expertise in contract law, privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
- Exceptional skills in drafting and negotiating legal documents.

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary up to $175K, with potential bonuses up to 40%. The company offers comprehensive benefits, including 4 weeks of paid time off and relocation assistance.
Work Environment:
This position supports a hybrid work model, requiring in-office presence for three weeks each month, Monday through Thursday.
