Riverside Research Job Opportunity

Riverside Research, a leading independent National Security Nonprofit, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Targeting Subject Matter Expert to join our team. As a key member of our research team, you will conduct in-depth research on policy, process, and technologies needed to enhance the Space Targeting Enterprise.

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert insights into conventional targeting policies, processes, tools, and technologies
  • Lead focused studies on policy, process, tools, and technologies needed for the space targeting enterprise
  • Develop strategic initiatives or plans, and provide recommended courses of action for implementation
  • Review and edit written products or assessments created by others
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with government and contract mission partners across the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD)
  • Coordinate meetings, working groups, or project teams, and prepare minutes and status reports
Qualifications
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI adjudication, and willingness to obtain SAP access
  • Bachelor's degree in international affairs, business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields
  • Minimum 10 years' experience supporting all aspects of the intelligence cycle in both the air & space domains
  • Certified targeteer through recognized service or joint course
  • Comprehensive understanding of the mission, structure, and operations of the IC, DoD, services, and combatant commands
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Must live in or relocate to a commutable distance to either Fairfax, Virginia, or Langley Air Force Base, or Wright Patterson Air Force Base

  • Master's degree in international affairs, business administration, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, physics, math, history, or related fields
  • Minimum 20 years' experience supporting all aspects of the intelligence cycle in both the air & space domains
