Job Summary

SAIC, a leading provider of systems development and deployment, targeting and intelligence analysis, systems engineering and integration, and training capabilities and solutions for the Intelligence Community (IC), is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Targeting Specialist to join their team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement advanced data-driven methodologies to support technical intelligence targeting and collection.
  • Utilize technical intelligence targeting and collection methodologies, including signals intelligence, geospatial intelligence, and data science, to identify and analyze targets.
  • Create targeting packages and develop collection requirements to support technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Operate in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and make sound decisions in complex situations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases for targeting, tasking, and analysis.
Requirements
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of experience, or Master's degree and 12+ years of experience, or PhD or JD and 9+ years of experience.
  • Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of technical targeting and analysis tradecraft.
  • Experience with SIGINT targeting and analysis, including in-depth knowledge of networks.
  • Target-package building experience.
  • Ability to recognize and develop innovative solutions and facilitate effective resolution.
Desirable Qualifications
  • TDNA/DNI/DNR experience.
  • Report-writing skills.
  • Familiarity with customer databases and communication methods.
  • Formal technical targeting or USG targeting certification.
